In 2012, Shai Slagter, Avi Navama and Yael Cole-Slagter started SQR Group from a small kitchen with no clients and no contracts. The name came with the mission built in: Security, Quality, Reliability. A single self-defence workshop led to a security contract in Belgrave Square, and that expanded into a full property portfolio. The operation has grown from that single decision to trust ever since.
